Dubai Municipality convened the Dubai Construction Market Resilience Workshop with the Contractors' Association members on Thursday, 23rd April 2026 12:00PM to 1:00PM at Dubai Municipality Academy to hear directly from participants the current conditions in the construction ecosystem.
The session was intended to provide a practical, ground-level view of how the market is evolving overall - particularly over the last 1-2 months - and to better understand the main issues affecting the contractors today.
Dubai Municipality representatives and Contractors' Association members discussed key challenges (e.g., supply chain security, costs, delays), prioritized these issues, held a solutioning session, and explored how contractors can help drive practical solutions.
