Materials Laboratories
Hilalco maintains an accredited in-house materials laboratory staffed by experienced Materials Engineers and Technicians who undertake in-house design of asphalt and concrete mixes.
The Company also operates laboratories at all sites for testing materials and work outputs.
All mix designs and test procedures follow stringent QA-QC protocols and instrumentation calibration polices accredited under ISO 9001:2015.
